Charleston Wound Care is a privately owned wound care center conveniently located in Mount Pleasant just off the Ravenel Bridge and is now open in Nexton, just outside of Summerville. We have a state of the art facility that utilizes the most advanced wound care methods and technology available.
Our goal is to heal patients quickly to prevent complications such as infection, surgery and amputations and get them back to their normal lives. We utilize a multidisciplinary approach to caring for our patients that not only heals the wound but prevents future wounds from occurring.
